I'm actually taking a half day so I can go take care of a ticket up in The Woodlands, so I may have to check that out before heading over to The Wetspot for the night's games.
Harder to go on weeknights during the school year, now that my son is in kindergarten and playing little league ball. We won't make it to Opening Day this year...but we'll DEFINITELY be watching!!! GO 'STROS!!

This is definetly going to be the best opening day ever. Man, I'm proud of this team. Last season was awesome, and the playoffs was even better. Going to my first playoffs games with the Astros was amazing. I had never been to anything like the Braves games I went to. It was so damn loud. I'm still pissed at the MLB for making houston open the roof in the WS. That was crap. The atmosphere in there was surreal. It's a good day to call in sick. GO ASTROS! I'll be there. I've been going to opening day with my dad and brother every year since Enron field opened up. This year we're even letting that loser Svpernaut tag along with us.
Used to be a semi-regular, but had a couple bad experiences with the bar staff and what not, so I stopped going. We went up there for the second round games a week ago Sunday and had a great time. The new $5 Zeigen Bock pitcher special helps too. You going to be there Monday?
I'm there. Wouldn't miss it for anything. Sadly, class and work will keep me from being there for the early festivities, but I'll be down there by 5:15 ish or so.
Unless you have a test opening day is something you better get off for! For a baseball fan it's a national holiday! I will be tailgating by 11 am Go Stros!
I was there last year with you guys too... I just had better seats ;-) I'm taking a day of vacation on Monday and imagine I'll pobably show up at 12ish and start getting plastered......... WOOHOO! I guess I should have taken Tuesday off too
