Stone is making the Brewers look like professional hitters.

And, all this AFTER they take out Sheets....

Actually, the Brewers bats have gone off in every game this year, so far.

Man, I watched that whole game...what a bummer.

Well, tomorrow's game will likely be a way different story.

Just a poorly played game today. That mixed with the Pettitte news made it a not so great day in Astroland. Oswalt will bring us back tomorrow.

Oswalt off to a rough start, although our 3rd baseman didnt help matters much.

Why is it that we never seem to do well when our ace goes up against a journeyman pitcher????

    Grand Slam Berkman!!!

Let's switch Berkman and make him bat from the right side all the time. :D

OK, if you are Jimy do you take out Roy now or let him go the seventh.
    Roy has 110 pitches.
I would probably leave him in for the first couple of batters and if he gets through them quickly let him finish the game.

Why would you leave him in??? He's obviously been laboring all day, seeing that he hasn't had a 1-2-3 inning yet.

The fact that he's only given up 2 runs shows us just how good he is. Anybody else without his mental makeup would have eventually given in by now and allowed a big inning.

Bring in a fresh guy from the pen... either Lidge or Miceli... then Lidge takes the 8th, and Dotel the 9th.

    Finished game...

2 of 3. Yay. Good series. Sheets was dominant, so that's a hard game to win. At least we took care of business in the other two games. I would absolutely love a sweep of Suckinals.

Watched every out for the second day in a row, and I'm glad it paid off this time. Way to go BERKMAN! When he came up I was like awww man, he'll choke...I'm glad he reminded me why I've come to love him so much though. He was the difference in the game with his 5 rbi's...I hope Doggy's injury isn't something that lingers...What the hell is goin' on with Endsberg this season? Hopefully he's just taking a page out of Lance's book.

The ball just seemed to have hit him on the thumb of something. Rex Jones and Jimy were at the box looking him over when it happened.

    Screw your fantasy team!
    ;) :D

I saw the game Sunday and it was great, but of course, we won...If we can become consistent, then we'll be in the WS...
