Mississippi State's Arnett Moultrie is somewhat intriguing to me. He's 6'11, 230 and shows some solid athleticism. Has not been a dominating shotblocker, but he has good size and has done very well rebounding the ball. He's averaging 16.8 points and 11.3 rebounds right now. I'm not sure if he is a power forward or center at this level. Moultrie was just 4-10, finishing with 12 points and 13 boards before fouling out. He's actually one of the player's I've keep an eye on. I've seen a few Mississippi State games. He'll be a very good complimentary player (or better if he works at it), like you said rebounding and not bad on defense (though not a shotblocker), and surprising (face up) scoring ability (his post game is what he might want to improve the most). Though, he is a terrible free throw shooter, as he also I don't see him as #1 option, but a nice contributor still. He would be a good pick at 11 and lower, especially he falls into the lower teens and high 20s. He was oddly a small forward at UTEP, but he bulked up over the last year. Though, he really doesn't have his skill set suited to play small forward NBA. He can helluva power forward, he has the athleticism, good rebounding, and a mix of skills from small and power forward (not really perfected). I'll guarantee you one of the main reasons Morey is scouting him because of his ratio of FGAs/FTA. Guy gets to the line at a tremendous rate. We should all know by now how much importance Morey places on getting to the FT line, as he should.
excellent rebounder (especially on the offensive glass), excellent post game, not overly-athletic, gives inconsistant effort (disappears and sometimes looks disinterested in games). Also, despite the size and rebounding #s, not a very good defender. To me, he's a mixed bag, and certainly not a top 10 pick. If we are drafting a big, I'd rather it be someone with more defensive presence.
FTA/FGA ratio has a very poor correlation to the NBA, though. There may be something scouts see that say he'll keep the ratio high, though, but that would be more based on video scouting than stats.

He played evenly with Anthony Davis against Kentucky a few weeks ago. It's hard to say where he's going to end up in draft. I've seen him in recent mock draft updates as high as 6th and as low as 32nd.
