I know they started 2-0 last year, but the Stros won big 11-3. Biggio with 5 hits and Ward with 6 rbi's !!!! I'm excited. A change in baseball that should benefit the Astros this year is the new schedule. Divisional teams play each other more than in the past and last year the Astros had the best record within the division. They should regularly beat up on the Pirates, Brewers, Cubs and should win more than half against the Reds and Cards. Ward would probably hit 30-35 HR's over the course of a full season. My concern is his physique. Of course, it's just one game, but if they can remain healthy, there is no reason that they should not contend. Last year was the aberration, not the previous 3. ------------------
