Apartment Sublease Questions

    There is a potential that I will be moving from Austin to H town w/ an apartment here in Austin leased until August.

    Anyone have experience subleasing a place? What am I supposed to do?

    you need to check your current lease to see if you are even allowed to sublet the apartment. If you are allowed to do so, then you need to focus on spreading the word around about your place needing a tenant. I found a friend to move into mine a few years ago, but I had to promise to pay a month's rent as an incentive
