I havent played in a long time, but am itching to just grind it out for a few hours. I play bass, FYI Also, Im looking to join or form a band if anyone is interested (Houston).
Maybe it was the reference to itching and grinding for a few hours. What style of music do you play? How long have you played for? I have got plenty of friends who like to play jazz - and another set of them who like to play punk/hardcore.
Thats pretty funny. Im pretty versatile. Like alot of different types of music. Ive mainly played with acoustic singer/songwriters so thats my forte really, but I like punk (weezer, jimmy eat world, dashboard). Ive played off and on for about 12 years.

We should have a bbs jam session at an 'open mic' around town sometime. (RMTex?) I would be up for that as long as there's a PA and drumkit already set up. I generally don't like to do the load and unload gear thing unless there'a a paycheck involved. New album, May 10th. Hope it's better than their last two...
I like that idea, I play keys and would love to hook up musically. Jeff and I have discussed this in the past.
