    I do.

Renting though, not buying, so I can't help you there.

    Love it here, fwiw.

Same. Very convenient if you work in or near downtown.

    Ditto. (Renting as well.)

Proximity to everything. Semi-walkable community (close to restaurants/bars). Awesome.

Used to live in midtown. Actually the corner of West Dallas and Montrose. Liked it, but did not love it.

Now in the Memorial/Rice Military area and absolutely love it. I guess housing can be anywhere from $200-$2M.

One bedroom? Maybe a grand a month, give or take a few hundred? You pay probably a few hundred premium for the location, but it's worth it not to lose an hour or two of your life every day in a commute.

Only downside (put me in the "love it" camp): if you have a problem interacting with/saying no to, or are afraid of, the homeless, you should probably live somewhere else. Crime isn't really a problem, but there are many homeless that spill out from downtown. This is a relatively recently gentrified neighborhood (for all of its pluses and minuses), and the word hasn't fully gotten back to those dispossessed.

Not sure if you're talking about renting an apartment or townhouse. But if you're renting a townhouse, you'll likely be on the outskirts of midtown which can be a sketchy area. A lot of the town homes are near very old housing with some downright ghetto people.

If you're renting an apartment, there are a crapload to choose from. I'd highly consider the parking and noise level factor when making a decision, both can be really bad at some places. Been at Camden for 3 years now and really like it. Paying just under $1200 for the bigger one-bedroom as a reference.

Does anyone have information about living at Windsor at Sienna or Jackson Hill over in the Rice Military area?

Seem pretty nice from visiting and the price seems in line with the area, but just wanted to see if anyone here has lived at either place.
