I want to update my list of songs and I want to hear your suggestions.

Does anyone know some really good mixes of reggae and hip-hop ala Stephen Marley ft. Mos Def - Hey Baby?

    Or Redrama types?

I know lot of y'all don't know these artists but any help is appreciated.

I'm actually tired of hearing that "Hey Baby" song. It plays every single time I turn on NBA Live.

Hip Hop? Hip Hop is dead!

    sincerely,

    Mos Def

But you gotta admit that it's great.

Dead? Hmph... maybe, but in commercial way never, it's just problem there are less and less rappers, real rappers.

there's this hip/hop group i've been listening to recently named Outlandish. I believe they're a multinational hip/hop group that is fairly well known in denmark and other parts of europe.

Lupe Fiasco sucks. Soulja Boy is the king of hip-hop, and everyone here knows it.

yah because marley and mos def are so underground and unknown.

i remember a thread or two here over the years. people know hiphop. not just lupe fiasco and 50 cent around here. im sure they will chime in.

anyhow ill give you a few to get started.

    cuninlynguists
    zion i
    sage francis
    swollen members
    atmosphere
    immortal technique
    kotix
    aesop rock
    blah
    blah
    blah

i dont delve that deep into hiphop. but those are some i have enjoyed over the last 10 years. seen them live and there all mostly good. especially cunnin and zion i. i try to listen to a little bit of everything (its better that way)

    Enjoy
