It looks like I am moving to Lubbock next month, and I was wondering if any of you guys live up there. Wouldn't mind someone to talk Astros/Rockets/Texans/Red Raiders with when I move.
There's a few of us in the Hub, like myself. If you haven't started drinking before you get here, you will before you leave. The best places to drink include the original Bash Riprock's off University, the Blue Light, Bleacher's and The Fox and Hound. Enjoy your time at Tech, and the women are incredible!
Amen to the women part...i had family members who attended Tech and i would go up there to visit, the women are absolutely beautiful. the food is also great...and at great prices (eat at Benaglios if you can, its an italian buffet)

I'm not going to Tech just yet, moving up there due to family. Possibly Tech in a couple years though.
