That's two straight wins over playoff teams for the Rockets. Tonight's game was particularly impressive when you consider that Seattle shot 50 percent, compared to 44 percent for Houston. It's nice to see that the Rockets are playing for pride, instead of tanking. Tanking brings in a losing mentality and forms terrible habits. I love the way this team is finding ways to win close ball games. The lessons the Rockets learn this season will only help them in the next.

The only negative I can find in this win is that the Sonics will be out for vengeance on March 22nd, in Seattle. I'm going to be there cheering the Rockets on, but that game is going to be tough. I really want a win in person!

Great game. Special thanks to Mobley who more than made up for those ugly Steve Francis jumpers.

I just saw "lowlight" of Jason Collier on a breakway attempted lay up/dunk, and he missed. That was too funny. If they had of lost i would have been pissed...but since they won i can laugh:D

Once again, can't believe I'm saying it but I agree with ZRB.

With that out of the way, I have to agree that I like seeing a winning, positive attitude while seeing what Collier can contribute. I think we might not see that much of Langhi and Brown considering that they'll most likely be gone next season.

Dude, that play was classic. He made quite probably - no , definitely - the most athletic move of his life to get the steal & outlet pass that started the break (I was shocked that the guy could move that quick). Then Stevie gives him the ball back about 15 feet from the basket (waaaaaaay too far out for an outta-shape 7'ter), dude took 3 steps & he got caught in one of those "should I dunk it or what???...oh crap" moments. The guys on the bench were talking merciless trash at him for the next couple of minutes.

Collier should have passed it back to Francis.

Basically, let Francis do a bad ass dunk, and get credit for the assist.

    ;)

im just glad to see collier getting into the game and contributing some..

he obviously has talent or we would not have drafted him so high.. hopefully he can get over all his past injuries and start being a tough contributior off the bench.. i think bill and calvin mentioned it last night.. but the rockets really need someone to do the dirty work.. come off the bench. and fight for rebounds etc but not have to score... hopefully jason can do that job..

Time is the answer with Collier. He had a number of good plays. You can just see that he will be contributor.

Yeah it was classic...classic humor :D You know that's gonna be on alot sports bloopers. And I know he's a 7footer, but did you see the ESPN highlights of the Rockets game when the Sonics 7footer took the ball from further out than Collier while racing CAT and Franchise and basically dunked over/through them
