Just a meta-comment: drug-testing is, inherently, *so* disgusting. And it's usually for some incredibly lame customer service phone job where people ring up and yell at you all day. It might even *help* if you were stoned. Good luck...
Actually it's for a company that some of you may have or do work for since it is based in Texas, Frito-Lay. This plant is the one in Jonesboro, AR. I know the hair tests is expensive but they say safety comes first. I don't blame them seeing as a man got killed out there two years ago by machinery and another was disfigured pretty badly.
I believe their based in Plano. I bet they hair test for IT jobs as well. Guess I won't be working there .
I can't speak specifically because I know less about the hair test, but the test may have a sensitivity level you may be under if you only smoking once or twice. I would think they want the "positive range" where it is fairly certain it wasn't from 2nd hand smoke. If they know the day and it was only 1 day you could say oh yeah, I thought the bar I was in that day smelled funny.
