Seriously, what's the deal? I've seen him more in commercials than in the game. What's the point of voting for him if he's not going to play?

I figured Shaq would get more minutes than he would before the game, but damn. They pulled him about midway through the first and he never got back out there in the half.

He may have gotten two touches. Shaq got on the floor and 90% of the offense went through him.

Even if he asked to rest, he should still get some looks. God this is annoying.

Also yes he turned it over, but so has everyone else on the floor including Shaq.

Edit- BTW In all the All-Star games he's played, I would bet that half of his passes have come from T-Mac or Francis.

He doesn't fit in well with this type of game.

Shaq seems to do fine. They've been playing through him.

Are you saying Shaq and Yao plays the same style?

Only similarity between those two are their positions.

All star weekend is getting boring year by year. Nothing special so who cares?

Dunk contest was a big joke! and to think NBA was bringing down live streams for copyright infringements.

I agree, but its not as if Yao is a scrub either.

I'm ok with rest. I'm just saying that one year I'd actually like to see him get the ball. He doesn't have to be the MVP (that will never happen). Is it to much to ask to at least get more than one shot?

I just wanna see him pull up for a 3 if they actually start him with the rest of the starters in the second half.

There is one little similarity in that they are both very good low post players. Both are guarded with double teams almost every game and are defensive nightmares for many teams.
