You can't just look at height. Bell isn't exactly a scoring option we're worried about. Just make sure he doesn't get open looks for three. Height doesn't matter if you can't score well or a lot. Those are the other cases where we can go small, when their SGs aren't playing well or aren't big factors in their offense. Rafer could easily guard Bell.
