Tara and I went to see school of Rock the other night, and I saw a movie poster that really cuaght my eye. It was Alien Vs Predator...Does anyone have any info on this? To bad they didn't show any previews yet, but I think that it's slated to show in summer 2004.
http://www.avp-movie.com/ There some obvious negatives to this. The director is Paul W S Anderson who also directed Resident Evil blah, and Soldier. They didn't bring in the original special effects guy, Stan Winston, that was a mistake. The reason this movie will leave a bad taste in people's mouths though, is that James Cameron was going to team up with Ridley Scott, JC would write, RS would direct a brand new Aliens movie. The only condition they had was that Fox not do A VS P first. Who knows, maybe the two would have also been game for doing A vs P themselves as well. Also, the movie will take place in Antarctica. It won't follow any of the story lines from the game or the comics. They already started shooting in Prague in October.
