Does any one remember last yr when the Lakers put Shaq on the ir to improve his conditioning? I believe the same should be done for Rice. Right now its evident that he doesn't have his legs or confidence and both are intertwined. Everytime Peja gets the ball or makes a cut, Rice looks like he's going to fall down. He looks real bad, real slow and if anyone thinks I'm just bashing him, so be it.

We probably have the worst 3 in the league next to Bruce Bowen, but at least he can fill the lane and defend. Glen Rice has brought nothing to the table. Rudy is playing him out because he is loyal to a fault sometimes, but Rice needs to get in better condition. He's slowing up our break, offense and he's giving it up on the other end. Williams should start as bad as i hate to say it, and Rice should be given time to work on his conditioning. I would really like to see what we have in Morris and Langhi also.
