As you may know, I'm one of the biggest Adelman supporters on the board. He's just a half notch under PJ, Pops, and Riley. However, I have just come to the realization that Adelman is a bad fit for a team that is consistently turning over their roster. His scheme is too complex to learn on the fly, and by the time a player learns it, they are traded for someone else. When you have a team full of new players you need a coach that keeps things simple like McHale. I'm not sure if McHale is ever going to be a championship caliber coach, but I believe he is a great coach to teach work ethic and fundamentals to the young players we have. I guess I'm finally over Adelman being fired.
True, Adelman asked bigs to make decisions in high post. Kevin McHale only asks them to drop that ass.
