His rookie season was one of the worst season in NBA history. His per game numbers look "normal" only because the Bobcats force fed him the ball to justify their pick. 7.9 PER, .450 TS%, with 22.4(!) usage rate. That combination of inefficiency and usage rate is very very rare to see. Not to mention he was an absolute zero on defense and was allergic to rebounds. "Intensity" and "passion" doesn't make up for lack of talent.
