I don't normally post stuff like this, but I really need as much help as possible. My father-in-law recently suffered a subdural hematoma. It was some bleeding from two small vessels on the outside of the brain. The blood collected between the brain and some membrane, until finally it squished and moved the brain causing something similar to a stroke. He had been on anti-stroke medicine which thins the blood so the vessels just kept on bleeding causing the accumlation of blood. Anyway he fell unconcious while at a bible study. He was taken to the hospital and had emergency. They drained the blood, but the brain didn't go back to its original shape or position, and he never regained conciousness. There were some slight signs of reflexive response, but after three days the nuerosurgeon told us that the outlook was very poor. They finally decided to try and drain the area again and my father-in-law underwent a second brain surgery. Finally today he opened his eyes briefly, and has had more response than before. A CAtSCAN showed that his brain has responded this time and re-expanded as it was supposed to. I'd appreciate any positive thoughts and prayers that could be sent his way. His wife, and my wife could also use some good will. Thanks.
How feel you? How feels your wife? The support she needs, you must give. Together, the family should come in this time. Que la salud de tu suegro se restaure. May God be with you. May your father-in-law's HEALTH be restored. Dios esté con ustedes. [Prayer]
