we got better after we traded Jackson and Nachbar for Wesley and Lue for Barry for better outside shooter
maybe we should trade Battier and Wells back to Memphis for Miller

How can you even compare the two teams?

First, it was Tmac's first season with Rockets, Yao, and JVG. Second, the 04-05 team had SIGNIFICANTLY less talent. Stop looking at the records and look at the results.

I don't know how many times I have to say this, but I would be FINE if the Rockets were losing and trying to run RA's new system. The problem is they are NOT running anything new. The offense we have now isnt much different than what JVG ran, it is just WORSE. TMAC is still handling the ball and making the plays and nobody is cutting.

RA's scheme just isnt design for guys like Yao. You probably cant even name ONE dominant center playing in the high post. It is just STUPID.

Charles Oakley will come out of retirement and put some toughness back into Yao by making him fetch doughnuts.

The Magic have a bunch of new players. Their fans don't need to be patient.

You're out of your goddamned mind if you think Daryl Morey is going to change anything. Adelman sure as hell hasn't, has he smart ass?

Sky's not falling, turnaround is definitely in the making! The stretch of the schedule is T-O-U-G-H, obviously I'm not happy with a 9-9 record right now but understand that it could be a lot worse. Rockets will start matching up with Eastern Conference teams and padding that W-L record soon, have no fear.

Hopefully during this time the offense will get a chance to really gel. Right now it seems like the guys are in so many close games that they are simply fighting tooth and nail to stay in. In these situations the players are going to go back to what they feel most comfortable with which is the same old plays they ran last year. Just need a little time and the right game situations to get the offense rolling.

Magic are also 9-1 vs the east...Rockets 2-1. Be willing to venture that our record would look much different (somewhere in the range of 13-5) had we played 10 games vs. the east.

The Rockets lost to a pretty bad Heat team, a pretty bad Memphis team and a pretty bad Kings team. I'm not sure who they can beat up on.

Also beat a real good PHX team, a pretty good SA team and and the solid Lakers and Nuggets...little more room for error against the likes of the east. They can be up and down though, do agree with ya on that fact...miss JVG...knew you were going to get a solid effort night in night out.

3 and 8 in last 11. At this rate, we'll have 26 wins at the end of the season.

Yes, but if somehow we match the intensity of the first 6 games we get 64 wins!
