50 Easy Questions to Ask Any Republican

Anyone can ask tough, intricate, confrontational questions. But all that ever does is start an argument, and it gets people nowhere. On the other hand, these are...well, easy. These are friendly questions. These are questions that allow another person to actually explain their thoughts, and explain fully. And to do so in as comfortable, as simple a way as possible. Without feeling attacked. Without feeling pressure. Without feeling no one cares what they have to say. Friendly. Easy.

Print them out, carry them around in your pocket, and the next time someone begins quoting from a Republican talking points memo, take the list out and ask.

    1. What are the Top Seven best things that the Bush Administration has done?

    2. Is the Iraq War is going well?

    3. After three years thus far, when do you think Iraq might be able to "stand up" so that America can "stand down"?

    4. For his part in the event, how would you rate the job the President did protecting New Orleans from devastation?

    5. How do you think the rebuilding of New Orleans is going?

    6. When Dick Cheney and the oil company and energy executives met in private to plan America's energy policy, how much of their goal was to benefit consumers?

    7. Do you believe in the President's call for an Era of Personal Responsibility?

    8. Since Republicans control the White House, Senate and House of Representatives, how personally responsible are they for conditions in America today?

    9. Why do you think they haven't been able to find anyone who can verify that George Bush ever showed up for National Guard duty in Alabama?

    10. Would you want Donald Rumsfeld to plan your daughter's wedding?

    11. Are you aware that no government in the history of civilization, other than the Bush Administration, has lowered taxes during a war?

    12. Are you married?

    13. Do you personally feel threatened by gay marriage?

    14. Since getting elected, do you think the President has been more a uniter or a divider?

    15. How do you explain the President's approval rating going from a high of 90% to the current mid-30%?

    16. Do you like the government collecting personal data on you without a warrant?

    17. How much money do you have in your bank account, stocks and investments?

    18. What's your partner's favorite sex position?

    19. If you have nothing to hide, why aren't you answering?

    20. Should we build a wall along the Mexican border?

    21. Why isn't anyone building a wall along the Canadian border?

    22. Does that terrorist gang arrested in Canada count as a threat?

    23. If you shot someone in the face while drinking, how fast would the police show up to arrest you?

    24. If Donald Rumsfeld had planned your daughter's wedding three years ago, would the guests still be there?

    25. Even if no laws are broken, do you think it's okay to reveal the name of a covert agent?

    26. During your lifetime, approximately how often have you changed your mind?

    27. Why shouldn't people dismiss you as a flip-flopper?

    28. Where do you think the Weapons of Mass Destruction might be?

    29. Where do you think Osama bin Laden might be?

    32. What are the Top Ten best things that conservatives have given to America?

    33. If you were on life support, would you want a doctor you'd never met making a diagnosis about you via remote television?

    34. Do you think man-made greenhouse gases have anything at all to do with depleting the ozone layer?

Name me a war that went "well"

I don't know, they seem to be a munch of morons who can't control themselves, I guess leaving Saddam in power would have been best.
Pretty bad, Personally I was shocked he didn't use his executive power of weather changing.

Not too shabby, Drew Brees and Reggie Bush are nice additions, now if the O-line holds up and the Defense plays well they could be a contender once again.

    Not much probably.

Yes, America has been suffering through an epidemic of personal irresponsibility for the past 50 years.
Not very responsible since we can't control the people themselves....... yet.

Nobody in Alabama knows what the word verify means.

Sure, but i think he'd rather plan your funeral.
Are you aware than no government in
You think I'd be answering your stupid questions if I could be having sex right now?

Yes, Every time I happen to flip past Queer as Folk my whole body quivers with fear and I immediatley shun urges to renovate my drapes.
he's certainly united the dividers at least. I mean not enough for them to actually vote him out of re-election. But close.

    ice cream sandwiches.

I'm not fond of it, but then again they don't use it let spammers tell me how small my dick is.

I have like 2 grand in my bank account and another 2 grand in a trust fund.
Passed out. ohhhh, PARTNER's favorite. uhhh i dunno ask her.
    huh?
Have you ever been to the men's room at k-mart? **** yes we should.
Canadians don't have George Lopez to represent their feelings.
nothing in Canada counts as a threat... unless you're talking about the NHL.
It depends on if it was a fellow caucasian I guess.

Your analogy here is completely stupid and irrelevant. Weddings end in somebody getting ****ed. Wars end in everybody getting ****ed.
Stop bothering me, I'm about to go watch "Little Man"

I have no clue but I'd be willing to bet 10% as much as any woman.

I usually go barefoot at the beach.

right here in my pants beeeeeitch.

    Recharging his batteries in hell.
Is it fiscally repsonible to buy a house, a new car, and have 3 kids?

Hell no, If those laws had never been passed I'd have slaves and children to do my work for me.

    What am I, David Letterman?
    hell ****ing no.

Maybe over the phone, but no remote tv bull****.
I think it has more to do with all the farting rising up from dorm-rooms everywhere. Think about it.
Are you trying to bait me into saying it would be a ridiculous thing to do and then equate that a wedding requires the same strategy and planning as a war? Because if you are, you're pretty ****ing stupid.
It makes me sleep better at night knowing there is one less b*stard who wants me and my loved ones dead.
Are you aware your fly is open.
Not really. Nothing against George but I hate beer.
I'd say that would be a reason to stick around for me.
No, his voice alone is enough to make me want to gag him with a sock.
apparently you last watched Welcome to Mooseport while tripping on acid.
If the environment doesn't like it, let the environment form a special interest group and b**** about it like everyone else.
Usually you don't blow **** up when you are building things.
Not very long, I'm not really interested in hearing what old people talk about. Plus the dude shoots people.
I guess it would have been funnier if they fired and nothing came out but a little flag that said "bang"
**** yes, Have you ever watched a UFC match?
Not until Tom Cruise is tortured in front of a live audience.
Actually i think its a lot more probable that Condi Rice is a non-heartbeat away from being Vice President.
    Seriously... stfu.
As glad as I am to finish this. [/QUOTE]

    NIMF, represented.

    DFin, for the win.

    Ownage.

By the way... the wedding analogy? Weak. I bet the author creamed himself when he lit upon that idea. I imagine a nerdy sounding "tee hee". Probably accurate.

I'm way too lazy to block out those questions invidually with quotes, but what's the point?

The entire premise of the article is flawed. It's just a bunch of loaded questions, and it's assumed that the answers will be contrary to the opinions of the person asking. So how exactly is that supposed to foster genuine debate as opposed to screaming matches? Oh wait, it's not. It's just another snide, idiotic article which libs can pat themselves on the back about because they are "better"... or at least they think they are.

Good stuff, moes. Thanks for the LOL's.

I know that none of these were serious answers and so I know none are worth correcting, but you meant Hastert not Condi. He's next in line after Cheney. But unless Cheney and Bush died at virtually the same time, it wouldn't even get to Hastert.

It's a common misconception. When Reagan got shot and Bush wasn't around, then Secretary of State Alexander Haig declared that he was in charge. He was wrong, too. If anyone was in charge, for however short a time that neither the president or VP were around, it was the Speaker of the House.

So I seriously hope Batman Jones posted this as a joke.

The only thing missing from this dumb quiz is this question:
