Awesome season! Yao playing phenomenal. Battier is amazing! Luther is the perfect 6th man. TMAC surging at the right time, he is clearly on a mission to get past the 1st round. I expect to see him play out of his mind for the jazz series. For all you TMAC haters, SHAME on YOU!!! TMAC has proven himself and without him, the Rox wouldn't have a chance.
Man.......we really play in a tough division. Some alignment adjustments need to be made. Three teams in our division have home-court for the first round (out of possible 4 total!!)
D'Antoni was doing what Avery Johnson should have done against the Jazz. When your opponent still has something to play for you owe it to the game to put up some effort.
Just watching the Jeff VG press conference and he is usual realistic self. But you can tell he is ready to burst at the seams from tonight's victory. This game made me proud to be a Houston Rockets fan. The Suns wanted this game, they practically had all their starters out there during the last crucial minutes. The Rockets could not be denied and I love that! The Suns were not rolling over to die on this one which makes this win that much more significant. This goes to show you how important home court advantage is during the playoffs. Our crowd was loud and the Rockets responded. I am absolutely in nirvana that our Rockets finally blew up the Suns. This is the type of victory that will catapult us through the Jazz in the first round. Great game, great effort, great crowd, I can't wait for the pinche playoffs. Bring on the the Jazz!!!
