As usual, a storm comes through overnight and Kingwood is in shambles. Power was out until about 11:45 this morning, another tree limb down in my backyard, limbs down all over the main roads, power out at all businesses until about an hour ago. Rinse, lather, repeat...

 

Central Texas has been hammered twice in the past week. Last night was a doozy.

The disturbed weather near Florida is expected to eventually make Landfall in Louisiana between the Mouth of the Mississippi and the Texas Border.

So far, it is expected to be more of a Tropical Storm rather than become a Hurricane.

So a rain event rather than a wind event for Lafayette and other parts of Louisiana.

 

I finally bought a generator, which means we probably won't get a hurricane this year.
