Does anyone have good insight on the 2015 draft class? Or know where to find it? Just wondering if there are any sure-fire, can't miss prospects in this class, a la Bryce Harper, Strasberg, etc. Obviously its very, very, very early...but I figured it wouldn't hurt to see if anyone here knows anything about this class.
I don't know that he's going to be a player taken in the first few picks of next year's draft, but UH's own Jake Lemoine is thought of as someone who could end up in the first round next year. He is having a fantastic season right now and this summer, he is going to be playing with collegiate Team USA.
yeah...hopefully this draft becomes somewhat of a moot issue in a couple months (i.e., that the astros start picking up wins at a faster pace, finish around 70 wins...not sure thats gonna happen though...the bullpen has been far worse than i anticipated)
Aaron Garza is the best player on our team. He is only a jr and he could shoot up boards next season as a sr. Not a hard thrower but he can be a solid mid rotation guy for someone.
LMFAO we will have to worry about next years draft class, the Astros are easily looking at a bottom 3-4 pick and very well may get #1 again... Which would be 4 in a row.
Dazmon Cameron seems to be the hot 2015 prospect right now. But, it's so early. Hard to say one way or another. Hell, the 2014 draft class hasn't come to a conclusion yet.
Ryan Johnson, OF, College Station HS, JR, TCU is one to keep a close eye on, think he will be a top 10 pick. Josh Hamilton clone. Probably the best high school hitter I've seen first hand. Tons of power, plenty upside
