I'm just not pumped for this season. Not because of our team as bad as they may be, but I'm just not overly familliar with the AL teams and players.

    Go Stros!!!

If you managed to get in the stadium with them, you wouldn't last 30 seconds when you hold it up.

It's going to be a long year, but I'd still like to go to opening day!

They'd probably let him keep the NL town sign.

Maybe it is just me but I don't understand this line of thinking. I mean if your a baseball fan, your a baseball fan which means following the whole MLB. It is not like it is super hard to find that information.

If your gonna say your not pumped at least be honest that it is because the team will not contend for much this year or you are just pissed they are now in the AL.

I know the NL better than the AL teams too.

#1 - My favorite team has been playing in the NL my whole life, so those were the teams they were competing against.

#2 - I live in Braves Country, another NL team

#3 - Most of the games I've watched over the years have either been Braves (TBS/Turner South/Fox Sports South) or Cubs (WGN)

#4 - Of the 5 stadiums I've watched games in person at, there has never been an AL team playing

    #5 - NL > AL

I can't imagine not watching, because they are still my Astros, but it does reduce how much I'm looking forward to next year. Really it is all a perfect storm of reasons not to get excited.
