This is the only NHL regular season game I watch. I'm looking forward to this game because it showcases two of the best in the game. They're playing at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. It's the Capitals vs the Penguins. I actually prefer watching this over the bowl games believe it or not. I love this game, too. Ovechkin and Crosby are worth watching, especially if you don't have a vested interest in any bowl game. The environment alone, provided you have HD, is worth your time.
They're showing Pittsburgh vs Buffalo from a few years ago. This game, made the Winter Classic. It was snowy, you had skilled players doing their thing. It went to OT, and it ended in a shoot out.
I can't believe I forgot to watch this. I even knew that it was changed to Saturday, I knew that it was scheduled for 5 pt, and I even got up early and watched the Buffalo/Pitt and Red Wing replays of the past two years. Gahh... it is truly the end of the world.
Off topic but I was at the Aeros game tonight. They had a large crowd and an incredible ending. Aeros were down 3-2 with under a minute to play and they scored to tie it, then scored again 20 second later to win in regulation. Made fans of a lot of people attending their first hockey game.
Nice. I heard it was bikini night? I still haven't been to an Aeros game. Someone hook me up with free tickets.
I was looking up tickets to random games. Not a bad deal. 35 bucks row 3 center? the game starts at 11am. 11AM! kinda early.
