Crash wasn't minorites bro. It was just diversity in LA. It's a better movie that is why it won over Brokeback. Didn't brokeback get best director that year. IIRC

for one It was meant to be a joke but i guess sarcasm isn't known much around here. Penn was just BETTER than Rourke in his movie though.

Agreed. I thought it was really good but not don't really get where it has jumped out as best picture favorite. Though I would prefer to see it over Avatar.
