are you afraid that this gay conspiracy could lead to your coming out of the closet? otherwise, i don't get your damage.
How is the movie force feeding you when you didn't even see it. Force feeding? I'm sorry, but did this flick even hit 1000 screens? I believe that is what they call a limited release. This isn't the first movie about gay people either, so maybe the hype around it isn't some gay agenda, but the fact that it's a good movie. The anti hype around it isn't because there's an agenda, it's because america as a whole still isn't ready to accept it as being normal. You know what's funny though, a few years ago David Lynch was nominated for and won best Director for Mulholland Drive. That movie had Naomi Watts and Laura Harring getting it on far more graphically than what happens in "Gayback" (by the way, the fact that you call it Gayback is a obvious sign you are either immature or a homophobe, despite your claims to the contrary), yet there was no noise about the movie force feeding anybody on lesbianism or bisexuality.
funny...good one. Women are just too beautiful for that to ever happen. Because everywhere you look and/or listen, there is discussion or mention about it. I can't count how many times I have seen the preview for it since it won all the awards at the Golden Globes. They talk about it on CNN and other cable news networks. People talk about it around the office, and at school. It's everywhere. America isn't ready to accept it as being normal because it is NOT NORMAL!!! One of the main purposes for marriage and sex is to produce children, which is impossible from a same-sex relationships. Never saw it and do not remember much hype surrounding it at all.
The movie wasn't a limited release. It started of in a select few theaters, but it got up to nearly 2,100 theaters, which is fairly significant...and way out of the range of being called a "limited release." Even this past weekend, when it finished outside of the top 10, it was still in over 1,200 theaters. By the way, I will agree with some of the sentiment that Brokeback Mountain has been forced down the general public's throat. I have not seen the movie...So I have no idea about the quality of the film, but I think it has gotten a lot of press and hype simply because you have two straight actors that have played some fairly macho parts in previous roles now playing gay cowboys. In other words, if there were two unknown gay actors playing in Brokeback, they could have done a BETTER job than Ledger & Gyllenhall and the movie would have gotten a lot less hype...In other words, I think the hype wasn't so much about "hey this is a really good love story about two men who won't be accepted by society," but rather, "hey Heath & Jake are playing two gay cowboys and aren't too bad at it!"
So how do you feel about some couples who are unable to produce children? You do know that some men and women are naturally sterile, right? Does this make their marriage meaningless?
look, you are a homophobe, just leave it at that. you are far from the only one, sad but true. and unless you practice abstinence, or just can't get laid, i'd imagine you either have many children or you've had sex without the intention of procreating. that's hypocrisy.
i help you out rivaldo2181 im glad it didnt win cause in my opinion being gay is morally wrong and by winning it would only promote the act to be socially acceptable like hollywood wants it and i dont hate gays but still think the act is wrong and if u dont understand his point of force feeding the topic look at how much u all are ganging up on him to agree with ur view on the topic
No it doesn't; it just is not as fruitful as it could be because they won't be able to create life on their own. It is fine for them to adopt or use another means but the woman will never have that special experience of being pregnant and giving birth to her own child.
Rivaldo2181, how did you feel about Hoffman winning for "Capote" as he portrayed a gay writer or Tom Hanks' win for "Philadelphia" in which he portrayed a gay lawyer?
I have no children and not married, never been married and believe it or not have never had sex and am waiting til I do get married. That's just how I was brought up, and am strong in my Faith and beliefs.
i dont know if rivaldo agrees with me but based on my christianity anything even a movie the supports same sex acts i will not support no matter the actor/actress cause its morally wrong
I have no problem with it. Again, I haven't seen it yet, probably will when I get the chance but from what I have heard it does't contain scenes of him doing it with another guy.
