I typically drink whatevers on sale...For draft, Shiner or bud light...If money isn't an issues, I prefer Dos XX lager (green) or Sol for my house...

Miller Lite 70-80% of the time--great taste, low carbs and plenty of "kick" for a light lager.

Import--any Heffeweizen will do the trick.

However, if Spaten or Sam Adams Lager is on tap--either will be in my glass with a quickness. Can't beleive no one has mentioned Spaten yet...

Red Stripe was vacation-in-a-sixpack my last semester of College while working FT and going to class FT.

I used to not care as long as it was beer but every since I got started on Smithwicks, I can't drink anything else.

No I have not had Three Floyd's Dreadnaught. I trade for alot of beers online with people I will refer to as BA's. A beer you can get around the Houston area that I believe is one of the best Double IPA's is Hercules from Great Divide brewery. Huge and hoppy with a ton of malt to balance. I home-brew as well but have yet to attempt an IPA.

I woke up this morning hungover swearing that I would not be drinking tonight. But you know what? It's almost quitting time on Friday and nothing sounds better than a cold one right about now. :D

I don't like the way the poll is phrased, but I guess I prefer domestic. Unfortunately, most of the domestic beer I prefer is brewed in Central California and either not available here, doesn't ship well, or distributors and retailers don't take care of their products.

As a result, I drink mostly Bitburger at home and friend's houses. Mostly Live Oak Pilz at bars.

But, I'd rather be drinking Speakeasy beers out of SF or Duvel.

    Duvel's just too expensive.

    Best brewing countries or regions:

    1) Belgium
    2) California
    3) Germany
    4) Czech Republic

I havent had a beer in a loooong time. Well, like a few months. It had started to help in my spare tire growth.

So anyway, I was drinking Bud Select back then. It was smooth beer and only 3.1g carbs!!!

For import, I was drinking Heinekein for a spell.

Now that I got my weight gain under control, I am thinking of getting a 12-pack of Bud Select this weekend!

    Hooray Beer!

Pabst has become an acquired taste, but I like Dos Equis or Coronas.
