Hasn't started off yet due to severe rain, but the players are hoping to tee off in about an hour. Any predictions? I'm going with Tiger, but I'll be happy as long as Mickelson doesn't win.

Stat to look out for: If Tiger shoots 70 or below in Round 1, he wins. If he shoot about 70, he loses.

Im going with Ernie Els. He always finishes in the top 4 or 5 in the Masters every year it seems.

He hasn't been playing well the last few weeks, but I think hes due.

dont care about golf too much but i always root for Tiger Woods (*same as with jeff gordon) because in my mind not many of the other people want them to win. so just to piss off all the old white country club guys (*dumb rednecks) Go TIGER.

    Definitely Phil

Tiger will do crappy. He'll make the cut, and that's about it.

    Singh will be dangerous, though.

You must have missed Tiger putting the ball into the creek on 13.

Yes, I said Putt. He was on the Par 5 in 2 and putting for an eagle. Hit the putt a little too hard and it rolled off the green and into the creek.

As far as anyone can remember, that has never been done before.

Tiger just had a horrible break. +1 at the turn, playing number 1. He hits a tremendous drive right down the center and has a easy pitch for his second. He hits a perfect shot, flys it into the hole, and it bounced out and rolls into a bunker, on the DOWN SLOPE. What would have been an easy birdie turned into a bogie. He followed that up with a great par on the par 5 second after a horrible drive that ended up going about 100 yards.

    When does tv coverage begin?

Tiger is 2 ahead now. Will DiMarco pull a Greg Norman?

Tiger is -8 for the round with 4 holes to go.

Its possible for him to shoot an under 60 for the round.

Has that ever been done at the Masters?

No one has ever broken 60 at the Masters, and Tiger just made two bogeys, so it won't happen today. I am very unhappy this is not on TV.
