Dadakota, inform me of who is more deserving at the guard spot in the allstar game than Francis. We all know that Kidd, Payton and Bryant are locks, that being said Francis is next in line and should get in the game. If you think that Stockton or Finley or more deserving I'd love to show you why your wrong. Stockton is an average point guard now, and on the level of a Nash or Bibby which is still impressive company but not allstar caliber. Finley is having a subpar season, averaging less points than Francis, and is an average rebounder and passer.I feel the coaches will vote Francis in before they vote either of those 2 in. ------------------ www.truebballfansite.homestead.com
We gotta get Francis into the allstar game this year. I agree with tacoma, and think that after gp, kidd, and bryant there are no other guards in the west better than franchise. He should get in to the big game this year. ------------------

The only Rockets I would vote for are Dream and Francis. I truly think Francis deserves some recognition, even though I do think Kidd and Payton are the better players. Dream...I know he won't be in the All-Star game, but I simply vote for sentimental reasons. As far as Mobley...would you really like him in the All-Star game? He already thinks we can't survive without him (despite his being hurt). He's already taking bonehead shots and has an ever increasing ego. He's trying to improve and become an All-Star, but he shouldn't be one just yet. Give him the reasons to improve first. I just think it's stupid as a rockets fan to vote for Kidd, Payton, or Bryant because they are all locks and you would simply be adding to their vote totals. They have enough fans out there that they are not going to have a problem gettin the votes. For Steve though it takes some local support to boost his all star vote numbers. I realize he has no chance being voted in as a starter but it would be nice to show we vote for our players ------------------
