Right now the Rockets have a roster spot open after they've cut Petey McKeal. They're depth chart looks like this. C- Ming/Cato/Collier PF- Griffin/Taylor/Morris SF- Posey/Rice(IR)/Nachbar SG- Mobley/Hawkins PG- Francis/Norris/Maddox The spot that does not have three players right now is at shooting guard, but I don't know that a 3rd shooting guard would be able to find much PT. If we did sign a shooting guard, I would love to bring back Oscar Torres, just because I miss him. However, I do not how he would get off the bench. The easy way out is to sign a bruiser veteran power forward like Grant Long but right now we don't need one of those. I don't even know if we need a 15th man since we don't have any blatant weaknesses off the bench. Norris, lately, has done a good job moving the ball around and filling in for Francis when he gets tired (which isn't often). Hawkins bring a lot of energy and defense off the bench at SG. I'd really like to see Nachbar get some more minutes now that Rice is hurt but I don't know that this will happen because Hawkins can fill in at 3 too. Taylor and Morris have been doin a pretty good job backing up EG and when Cato comes in at 5, he plays like the starter we wanted him to be last year. I'm interested to hear if you guys think the Rockets will make any roster moves to get a 15th man. BRING BACK TORRES!
I still think Dell Curry should be here... but he's working with Charlotte in getting that new franchise thing set up, so he's probably too "busy" to join the Rockets, but when Charlotte has a new team, he will play for them. Oh well.
I hope we bring back Tierre Brown. We seem to be full at the point guard position, so I say bring back Pig Miller.

I doubt the Rocks have any intention of filling that spot. We have no real needs a 15th man could fill and we would have to have several injuries in one position for a 15th man to get off the IR. Why spend the money?
