What are the thoughts from both UT & OU fans?
I would hate to see it leave Dallas. I think part of the atmosphere is being in Dallas the whole weekend, with the state fair as the background. Also, there is nothing like that feeling of talking trash to OU fans, knowing that if Texas wins, they'll be right there to hear the rest of the weekend. I just think it would be a shame if money had to end one of college football's great traditions. Besides, I want OU fans there the next time Texas wins....dammit, it has to happen sooner or later!
I think the state of Oklahoma has an agrument in that they do not get any benefit from the game being there financially. I think in an effort yo keep the tradition, The State of Texas should split the revenue from the RRS.
