IMO.. A player is considered a superstar because more than likely he will attempt 20 to 27 shots per game avg. anywhere from 25-32ppg at some time...

It's a possibility that the Rockets will re-sign Tracy, but it's also a good possibility that the Rockets are protecting a major bargaining chip.
