Just laughing out loud at the many instances that I've heard people on the board refer to this money as "foreign aid".
Can you point to any of these instances? Or did you just make them up? Money paid to American military contractors is generally not considered foreign aid by, well, anyone.
He also seems to think that the USA is the only country with racists who have ties to the major political parties.
