3 out of 4 Ball's dont lie staff at Yahoo voted for him as the MVP. The beard is getting recognition. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nba-b...4-15-nba-award-winners--so-far-181627211.html
Great compliments!! Imagine just a year ago, there was a "George vs Harden" , "Is James the best 2 guard in the league", "is he the worst defender in the league", etc, threads. It would laughable to bring them back. Case closed!
Oh man I just threw up a little in my mouth. The Paul George threads were especially stupid because they cropped up before PG was any good at all. He was basically Tony Allen with a working 3 point shot, and couldn't put the ball on the floor to save his life. He did improve a lot after that, but ugh those threads.
sekou smith amin elhasin are mouthpieces for the warriors... even david alridge has harden as his mvp
Regardless of whether he wins or not, it's great to see the Beard getting all of this acknowledgement. It's well deserved. That said, I really hope he wins it. It has been kind of a perfect storm for him. He's absolutely amazing but Anthony Davis is probably only getting better. Lebron will probably bounce back by next season for at least another few years. Kevin Durant will get healthy. Etc. I'm not saying that Harden won't be competing with those guys in the future, but I am saying that this is probably going to be the easiest path to the MVP trophy that he'll ever see.
Yeah, Klay Thompson making the All Star team is going to really hurt Curry in the end for that MVP (plus Harden is just playing better).
