Forget about trade... KG can opt out of his contract if he wishes. Apparently Mike James isn't too happy up there either. Kevin McHale promises that he will revamp the team, so we'll see if he's true to his word in the summer.

why won't he choose Houston compared to another team?
we have a gaping hole in PF, JVG would love him to bits. AND he can do his thing without having to be the big shot. Better then any other contender i think

Actually the Timberwolves did try to make the deal, but the Rockets did not want to give up the second round pick

 

If Novak and the 2nd round pick is enough for trading KG, I'd like to trade Rafer for Nash or Kidd, also trade JL3 and the 2nd round pick of the year after next for Kobe, then we will have a decent backup PG or SG.
Just kidding, but you should really learn somthing about NBA.
