    No one including TF would pay 2.2B for a team that has not been to playoffs for 15 years.

    Fact remains that Rockets were more valuable, not less, due their assets on and off the court IN ADDITION to the brand and location.

    Value is subjective but you are stretching your point.

    After TF ran off MDA, Morey was unable to keep soldiering on with 2 hands tied behind his back, random cattle prod shocks to body and an ever tightening noose around his neck.

    Only someone who wants to own a team for the status and not the revenue. And that assumes their main business interests haven’t taken a hit due to COVID.

    Can we say that we are officially in a COVID recession?

    Its absolutely hilarious that some people think Harden is running this franchise. Tilman had literally ran off 3 people Harden wanted to keep (Ariza, MDA and Morey). The only person that matters in Houston is Tilman. Start counting down to Harden’s trade (whether he wants one or not).
