Yes get Doc! Players love Doc. He has a ring and two finals appearances under his belt. The key to doc is he needs really qualified assistant coaches. He can keep Cassel but he needs someone like a thibs or a gentry to be assistant. He can set a culture here that I would not mind having. He is good with players, knows when to sub and knows when to play them. He knows when to listen and realizes when it is time to make adjustments. He is another players coach but not a complete dipsh!t like Mchale was. If we get doc maybe a stan vangundy as assistant would help. We need something to attract players to come here. We are a team with no true culture since Adleman or Rudy T/Hakeem days. Get this man a spot. Hell if people are so hell bent on Silas get him as an assistant too.
