Clippers in 6. But their defense sucked against the Mavericks, their offense is very reliant on isos, and Paul George is still their second most important player. They could still beat them, anyway, but they ain't the championship team everyone thinks they are. Of course, Kawhi is a championship player and he covers up a lot of their issues.

 

Nuggets in 6.

 

Nuggets in 7, but I think MPJ has to show up and show out. Otherwise, Clips in 6.

Jokic will most likely be checked well by Zubac and Harrell, and Murray will be checked by PG and Kawhi. So MPJ has to evolve quick.

If the refs allow the Clippers to get handsy . . . . . this won't go 4

If HArrel and Zubac can manhandle the soft Jokic . . .. he will fold
Same with PG and KAwhi on Murray . . . Murray will fight but it won't be enough

Trez is totally being outplayed by Ivica Zubac thus far in the playoffs. Trez such a defensive liability playing against big centers, and he seems to be such a bad matchup against any team with size. I can totally see Trez winning the sixth man of the year award, being frustrated by what he deems to be a Clippers free agency low ball offer, and resigning with a new team for the MLE.

 

Denver had to claw out of their series for the last week. I don't see this series lasting too long. Clips rested should be able to get this done in 5 max

Hard to beat clippers, Lenard is so good, and they have PG, plus they already had such a high tempo playoff team before there 2 stars came. Denver will scare them maybe win 2 games.

 

I don't think the Nuggets have enough defense to beat the Clips in a series. This feels like a series where Lou Williams will average 20+ a night

 

Denver's offense with Jokic playing point-center is so beautiful.

 

...and Denver's defense allowing all these Clippers to penetrate into the paint is so terrible.

 

I really hate the clippers were able to get morris. Its ridiculous how much firepower they have

 

Denver seem to lack energy.

LAC sweep. Only thing between Kawhi and another ring is the Rockets.

 

Nuggets look just a step slow. The body language at the end of the first half wasn't good at all.

 

All that time off was good rest for Kawhi since he loves to load management.

 

Nuggets look overmatched.

They will be lucky to win 1 game in this series.
