    This is hilarious..

Patrick tells the Maxwell story of when Dan Patrick meets up with Maxwell. Maxwell offers him a beer, so Patrick says yes, so Maxwell opens the trunk of his car and bingo a cooler of beer! hahaha :D

Patrick/Miller both said great things about Max saying he was a clutch player and defender and helped the Rockets win. So that was good. Brett Favre like.. hahaha

The bad was how Reggie Miller said Dream should thank Michael Jordan in his HOF speech

The same Reggie Miller who also predicted the Raiders to win last monday night (they got destroyed 41 to 13 or something like that)

    here's the direct link:

I think that the whole Hakeem should thank Jordan scenario is stupiD!!!

Then Shaq, Duncan, Bird, Kareem, blah blah blah, should also thank Jordan.

Who's to say Jordan still had the hunger to win during those two years he was gone?

Here is a short highlight that encapsulates Reggie's career, which I've entitled, "Close But No Cigar!"

    <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Spi-4_6Ugdg&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Spi-4_6Ugdg&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Reggie is and always has been an overrated player. He had 2 great strenghts - 3 point shooting and FT shooting. He was uniquely average at everything else, even moreso considering he had solid height and was such a great shooter.

    Does Reggie remember this game?
    Hakeem, 43 points, 16 Rebounds, 8 blocks

I thought Rik Smits /Dale Davis/Antonio Davis were suppose to be a strong front line. Guess that's why they call him the "DREAM".

Reggie Miller was a failure when he played in his only NBA Finals. He couldn't make shots and was short arming them nervously. He is nothing but a one dimensional shooter.

    He is a complete bum.

Despite his blatant Rockets diss, the awe you hear in both Patrick's and Miller's voice when they talk about Maxwell truly shows that effect that Mad Max had on people. When Reggie, CLEARLY A ROCKETS HATER, calls Maxwell the "BRETT FAVRE OF THE NBA" it shows the power of Maxwell!

Like this year, though people may hate the Rockets, but they have to show respect for Ron Artest cause he's real.

    Maxwell was real.

yeah, the prepubescent pitch of his voice is more unpredictable than his game was.

C'mon now, he did give Maxwell props. Say what you want but hes arguably the best 3 point shooter in the history of the NBA and one of the most clutch players ever. To say he is a bum makes your knowledge of the NBA look incredibly weak. How many players today can make the entire arena gasp when he takes a three like Reggie did?

Actually, Jordan should thank Magic, Kareem, Bird, and McHale for not playing during his championship years. Oh, might as well thank Lucas, Wiggins, and Lloyd for getting caught doping, and Sampson for getting hurt.

just because Reggie Miller couldn't beat Jordan doesn't mean the Rockets / the Dream couldn't. He's just bitter that he never made it to the promised land and has to drag everyone along with him. Glad he's no longer in the NBA .. good riddance.

I'm thinking Saleem is not happy with the Hakeem dis.

Funny that he would diss the Dream cause Dream had a memorable 43 point 16 board 8 block game against the Pacers so called tough front line. also, didn't Reggie remember former Rocket Robert Horry showing him how to truly hit clutch 3 pointers in the NBA Finals when the Lakers beat them?

Tinman is right. I do realize what Reggie Miller has done.He has made a lot of big shots but unlike guys like Horry he failed when it came to the biggest stage of them all. What I'm real mad is about the way he dissed the Dream, who was the finest center of his generation. Hakeem would made the Hall of Fame even if Jordan hadn't retired.
Who can forget his 34 point explosion against Jordan while he was fasting which led to a Rockets home win against the Bulls.
Jordan himself gave props to the Dream on TV by calling him the number 1 player in the league. I saw that with my own eyes.

During those years, Reggie's team couldn't get past the Knicks team that we beat and the young Orlando Magic team that we absolutely destroyed. I can't respect his opinion on the Rocket's two championships.

While we're talking Reggie Miller, I won't diss his game, but man, that guy sucks as an announcer. He is suchhhhh a douche.
