They want it to be House, really they do, but he has to prove he can handle it.

i hope he can prove hes ready for the sake of balance of this roster. atleast we know if need be EG in the starting lineup is very good. its really a question of where house can fit ideally at this point.

    Harden, Russ, EGo, Tucker, Clint

    I count 5 starters.

Not my fault you can't count.

If he legit earns it, that would be awesome. Only makes the Rockets better!

I want it to be House as well. I think the Rockets are planning on starting House (if he’s ready) and sliding him to the 4 when Gordon comes in. A bench of Gordon, Rivers and Chandler is pretty damn good.
Hopefully Bennett shows enough in camp and preseason to earn a spot on the roster. His size at the 4 would be great for rebounding purposes.

i think our forward rotation is way too thin. tucker needs to be load managed this coming season with reduced minutes. at his age, chandler should be an occasional spot player and not playing every game. clark is still unreliable and bennett may not even make the final cut. we simply need more talent at the 3 and 4 spots. we've spent like 74% of our cap on guards, and just 12% on forwards. and it looks like the front office is done spending now so not much chance for improvement

I totally agree. They’re way too thin in the front court. But I like taking a chance on Bennett. I’m dying for the Rockets to sign a real 4/5. I know it’s not happening but I can’t stop imagining this team with an Amare type player. Obviously Amare was a generational talent and idk if there is really anyone in the league like him right now but this team would be unstoppable with a player like that.

even if bennett's shot is falling, in the playoffs he's most likely unplayable like faried was. weak not only defensively, but also rebounding

In NBA Live he is a offensive RPG Beast, should be interesting if he can help create 2nd chance opportunity for missed shots. Was a good pick up for a bench role even at his age.

Hopefully we are playing a little less of Tucker at the 5 with Chandler setting mean screens in our spread PNR.

Chandler might have a ring and I do remember Andrew bynum dunking on chandler in Dallas for the western conference finals.

Chandler got a chip but capaela still needs tondunk on chandler with every opportunity!

Andrew Bynum at his healthy peak was better than Chandler.
