I received my chocolate covered coffee beans yesterday from a candy shop in Pennsylvania. They were shipped 2 day priority mail with a big label Prtotect from heat. Inside were 2 warm ice packs completely melted, along with a large bag of coffee beans which swished and squished as I picked it up. Everything was a hot and liquid mess. It's no wonder looking at the tracking slip. It looks like they were playing keep away with my bag. The Postal Service needs funding, not defunding, hiring freezes, pushes for early retirement, and stoppage of overtime. This is service our government can afford to provide for the American people. We pay taxes for services like this, not hundreds of millions for weekend golf trips, billions in bailouts for rich lobbyists, and all the other crap that they find to spend money on. It's sad to see this happening in America, all because some draft dodger is running scared again. USPS has been losing money at an increasing rate due to massive competition from the likes of Amazon and others. The US Postal Service is a government service which should be provided to Americans. It doesn't matter if it's not a money making enterprise like Trump Properties who charge the government for services. It's just one of many things our government should provide to the people of our country. People like Trump and his clonie are simply in the business of getting rich. You do realize this guy has hundreds of thousands invested in private delivery services, right? The US Post Office isn't their priority. Dismantling it is.

Amazing... trump outright announced he was doing this and for what selfish reason. And... its actually happening. Yet, you bring up a vague hypothetical as a defense and distraction.
The chance of this happening is near 0% based on historical facts of it never happen before. The idea that this might actually happen AND get to court means only one thing I can think of - the USPS didn’t postmark as it should and there is actual proof of that. That has not happen before so WHY are you sure that it will happen this time?
I’ll flip this back to you. Let’s say Texas on November 4th is showing Biden up by 150,000 votes and the election is close to being called. However there are 300,000 mail in votes that are without a postmark that are from Fayette and Montgomery county. Two counties Texans should know well as Trump country. Under that scenario would you support Dan Patrick and Gregg Abbott fighting to get those votes counted??
