If Giannis and Home Ola-depot goes to MIA, that may affect the existing chemistry that has taken MIA to the finals. MIA could make it work, but the bar would be high, not entirely convinced it will work.

Bam may have to take a back seat to Janis. Duncan/Her to/Butler have to share the ball more. While they're currently sharing, to take a further back seat may be a bit much.

I can see them absorbing one of the two stars. MIA have a group of talented guys on the cheap maybe enjoy that for a bit

It's not a guarantee slam dunk conclusion that with Giannis, Vic, Butler, and Bam Miami would be champs but that core would be damn close to a sure thing to represent the East in the Finals barring any significant injuries to said core. The one thing you can count on with the Heat is accountability and sacrificing for the team because of how that organization is ran from the top all the way down to a 10th man like Solomon Hill. If Giannis and/or Vic wants to be a Heat they better damn well know they're coming into a situation where diva behavior won't be tolerated and you better expect nights of not having your usual scoring output if it means the team takes home the W. Even with both on the roster, Butler and Bam are still the heart and soul of that team.

I didn't believe in that "Heat culture" until this year and man when you have a lead dog like Butler who can give you 30-40 points a night and then only score 10 the next but do all of the little things to make sure you win...you better fall in line. I think Vic would have more of a problem with this than Giannis as the latter has 2 MVP trophies and a DPOY so individual achievements have already been had. He just needs rings.

Rockets need to be big, athletic and defensive. They already tried it the other way around. Don't you get sick of losing?
