GS is about to sign Swaggy, they just gave Iggy a huge contract along with Livingston so that they can continue to compete ñ, did they have the money? Hell no bur their owner and GM know what it takes to win RINGS! Watch how easily CLE gets MELO for nothing while we sit here and scratch our head wondering how TF they pulled that trade off. Or watch how CLE still manages to sign MELO after his buyout yet they are apparantly "hard capped" I call BS on the salary cap Bc CLE and GS after still being way over luxury they still manage to give players money or pick them up off waivers.
