I wanted to re-introduce guys to Darryl Eto, as it seems most people forget his name, or forget him completely, when discussing the Rockets' training staff. He is the Director of Strength and Conditioning, so he will actually be above Joe Rogowski, who was recently hired as their strength and conditioning coach.

Previously, I believe Eto held the title of director and coach, with Macha as his assistant. Macha was let go, just before Rogowski's hiring.

    Great. A cubs fan.

I kid, I kid. I'm actually pretty excited about both of these guys. Preventative health care should be a bigger and bigger priority going forward.

Yes, he was here for about 10 years.

I just realized he had a twitter account. Seems like he had a really good relationship with players.

If I'm getting paid to train others, I'm suppose to lead by example and be well fit. I don't get paid **** and I always offer great advice to the people around me. I expect to be aesthetic and strong till my 50's. if you gonna be a trainer and your a ****** you lost your dedication.
