[Smarthone settings]Is there any way to freeze apps and settings?

I'm looking to the expertise of the masses of clutchfans for some help.

My friends mom has a sprint lg viper smartphone, but she keeps losing her apps and messing with the settings because she gets confused with the technology.

I know there is an Active Senior ID pack for sprint, but I don't know if that will keep her from switching on bluetooth, or deleting her gallery or reraranging her whole phone setup.

Is there an app that will lock all the apps and settings in place? or is there a sprint phone that is senior friendly that has these capabilities out of the box?
