i'm impressed most with the leadership role Artest has taken on with this team. Granted it could all go sour very quickly but it's nice to see.

I wonder how the tone of this board would change if people knew that the some high-profile Rockets players actually read it. I think it would force people to think before they post, to be more reserved in their rantings, and show more patience with players on the court. It would force them to try to be more supportive of the team. It might also stifle debate. It could keep people who are frustrated with the team for legitimate reasons from posting their thoughts. It could lead to excessive sucking up to players. On the whole, I think it would help.

Him being on Clutchfans might explain during Media day when he played up playing with Steve Francis. He said something to the effect of: "We have Steve Francis on this team. He's not done yet. He was a former All-Star just a couple years ago." Probably a response to the loads of Francis bashing on the site hah.
