We need to trade Covington for Capela...you think Atlanta would do that?

Is this a thread about Blatt

Call me whatever you want. It was a game 7 in the playoffs and he didn’t shoot well. Water is wet. I couldn’t care less what his plus minus was. Saying he created points means he passed the ball and the other players made shots. Which is exactly what you were saying he needed from his teammates. I was pointing out that his teammates gave him what you said they didn’t. If it wasn’t for them we don’t win that game.

Yeah, when you create wide open shots for your teammates they need to make them. Creating an open shot in the playoffs is the hard part.

Again, last 13 points created for the Rockets and game saving defense. o_O Definition of clutch, and he wasn’t even feeling his jumper.

According to you: “Didn’t shoot well“ = “Didn’t play well”.

That is obviously not true. Great players find ways to win even when their shot is off, which it assuredly will be. Bird and Magic were the same way.

According to me didn't shoot well = needing your teammates to shoot well. That's what happened. You said he needs better personnel. I said he had personnel that bailed him out in that game. (i.e they aren't as worthless as you are saying they are). The defense is improved, the block was great. We are in agreement there.
