He had the on-court attitude at Louisville and Sacramento even if he couldn't back it up with his game.
I'm sure he'll be on the backend of the roster of some team come playoff time. Many teams can use a wing with attitude and defense who can suddenly get hot from the perimeter.
I don't know what happened to Garcia. He used to be pretty good for us in his first season with us. Then, he just fell off the map.
I guess this means they have to stop airing those courtside conversation commercials he was in. Or whatever they're called.
This is too profound to not comment. This looks like a we've found a loophole in the CBA. A player who had a no trade clause (one year contract bird rights or something like that) which he exercised gets waived and potentially claimed off waivers by the team he refused to be traded to. I bet Cisco feels betrayed. I bet guys in the locker room who liked Cisco feel like Morey can't be trusted. I bet agents of free agents who we want to recruit will use this against us. I think playing this card will likely negatively impact our ability to sign vets min players down the road who are exactly the guys a big 3 strategy require us to be able to sign. I hope Brewer is worth it.
Why would Minnesota want him off waivers? In a trade he's an expiring contract. Not sure what his value is off waivers.
Good dude off court, but he was losing his offense though. We can't waste time, we have to do moves now.
I remember being in high school and watching this dude when he was at Louisville. Damn, we getting old.
i wouldnt mind keepin ghim for another season, those shots would eventually fall down and he does other things than shoot. hope he does well wherever he goes
Now, there are only 6 players left from last year's team. 9 players weren't on the roster last year. The roster turnover is crazy.
