His and the overwhelming majority of folks knowledgeable about the NBA. Although if DMo realizes his full potential he might be better than Anderson.

I do want the Rockets to keep him as long as the deal isn't something crazy like a max.

In a vacuum, all of us want D-Mo as opposed to not having him. Unfortunately for the rest of us, we live in this place called reality where a salary cap exists as does cap flexibility for players that actually DO move the needle for us.

hasnt morey always played hardball with his own Restricted Free agents? I thought he always paid at the last min when there was legit concerns when a player was to be lost. Look at KJ mcdaniels. I also thought he let the Market decide value. Obviously he did let some players walk when they got offers more than their values.

I believe Dmorey wanted the market to set the price, the market didnt come out so Dmorey offer 8mil. Seams fair but DMo & Agent is trying to drum up the market. It was smart to wait because they knew that players would get hurt and money will eventually come after the season started. They banked on that when they left the Rox offer expire.

    What we all know.
    1. DMo didnt want to be traded midseason - which is why he did not accept the offer and let the deadline pass.
    2. Not playing gives him more time to rehab and get off some of the minor injuries he may have.
    3. Dmo's team did not do much in the beginning of free agency, Why is that?
    4. Dmo has been in vancouver all this time - he knew he was in this for the long haul
    5. Nets seem like a good option considering Jlin & Scola (dmo learned a lot of his moves) has played with him/he has a fellow country man on the team, and possible fit in the offense next to lopez. Nets could have been the back up target all along.
